Cloud ERP Gaining Traction
As mentioned above, it took a while for cloud computing to get it’s footing in the Cloud ERP world but the return on investment and productivity cloud computing has begun to make it tough for organizations to stay away from moving their business systems to the cloud; a point made evident by Epicor’s 71% growth in cloud users.
According to a Nucleus from 2012, cloud applications deliver 1.7 times the ROI of on-premises ones and more recent data suggests an even higher cloud multiplier, as companies have matured in their understanding of the benefits and best practices for achieving value from the cloud.

Epicor is in the front of the pack in the cloud ERP in the most recent Nucleus Research Technoloy Value Matrix report for the first half of 2015 in which evaluates the continuing growth of the ERP market and the role cloud computing plays in it which Epicor was deservingly positioned as a leader.
